Playing with different themes right now

This is exactly my take on cooking as well. I prefer to experiment with different foods, trying new combinations or updating old favorites. I own a dozen or so cookbooks, but I have never followed one of their recipes. Instead I just use them for ideas in order to create my own version of the dish. Next time you are looking for a new cookbook, why not buy a book that teaches you how to cook...
